Do you take card payments?
Does your event have wifi or mobile signal? If so, brilliant, we can take card payments.
We have hired a bar or our venue already has a bar?
No problem, we can stock & run it for you
Can you run a subsidised bar?
Options with all our bar hire to run a paid bar, fully subsidised or part subsidised bar.
How long do you need to set up?
We like to be on site the day before your event so you can add any finishing touches but we can be flexible. Equipment will be taken down the day after your event if it finishes after 9pm.
Do you need power & water?
Yes, we will require access to power for fridges & lighting and water for glass washing. If you need us to bring a generator we can source this for you at an agreed rate.
How big an area do I need?
The diameter of the tipi is 7.4 metre squared, access for 6m long poles is required with a build area of at least 12metres.
When do I have to pay?
A non refundable deposit of £150 is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 14 days prior to your event.
